I will tell you honestly that the tile and grout look BRAND NEW!!! Also Awesome Carpet Cleaning!!! I just had the carpet and tile cleaned at our home this week. HOMEOWNER Pinnacle Peak Performance has been the only company to clean my carpets for 10 years now. The Owner/Operator "Joe" does an excellent job, he is punctual and professional, and never watches the clock or rushes just to get the job done. The carpets look like new when he's finished. We has a few areas with more dirt than normal and when he finished you couln't tell that one area has a lot more wear than the others. He has also removed stains that others said couldn't be removed. Fantastic Wow! If you're looking for an owner operated company definitely call Joe Walters. He was out this morning and I have to say the service was the best I'd ever had. He got stains out of my carpet that other companies couldn't get out. His attention to detail makes all the difference and definitely makes him a stand out. I checked his website out prior to calling them and was very impressed, especially by the article that appeared in the Arizona Republic newspaper.
