They are very rude and we seen the dr one time and that was it. Very disappointed in this office.
Recommendedl wasn't seen personally, l took a friend. The doctors a d staff seemed friendly.
Dr Cottingham is great. He knows exactly what he’s doing. I highly recommend him!

Friendly staff and everyone tells you what’s going on throughout the process
The most rude medical office staff I’ve EVER encountered. Don’t get in traffic, because if you’re late they’ll lecture you over and over how you’re making their job harder, and treat you like a moron. Combine that with already having a pain level of 11... and they have a way of making it worse. And Kim, the office manager, will just walk away from you when you’re asking her questions. After many, many years of severe back and shoulder pain . I was recommended to Dr. Berlin for pain management. After an extensive consultation, Dr Berlin scheduled a facet injection for the back pain from scoliosis. The facet injection changed my life for greatness!!! I have six grandchildren I can chase after everyday!! ALL I can say is THANK YOU Dr. Berlin AND to your amazing team!!! (Especially Tasha for holding my hand today)
