I received a referral here from my family doctor. The reception staff were more concerned with chocolate than acknowledging my existence. I have been in a patient room for 45 minutes (I'm 80 minutes past my appointment time at this point) and have received ZERO communication. When I just checked I was told "you're next." I advised them communication is appropriate. Let's hope this isn't indicative of how the doctor will perform.
