Refund my $200 they have had for almost 2 years. Insurance paid them and I paid them and they refuse to process my refund. I was told I had to go here otherwise I would have went to a different doctor that I trust.
They are the best! Called on a Wednesday, they couldn’t get my husband in till Monday. He hurt his hip. I was so afraid it was fractured. Shelly called me back, said they could get him in on Thursday. He went in. (They ran a tight ship as far as the Covid-19 was concerned, which made me happy!) Checked him out, gave him a shot, and the same night, he’s feeling better. I am so happy a place like this exist!! Thank you to all the Staff. I’d recommend them 10 fold! Thank you!💕

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hailey is amazing ! The staff are wonderful, cheerful, and very friendly! They can get you in quickly for an appointment. They set up testing and PT in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Pinnacle Orthopaedics.
