Pinnacle on the Park is one of the worst managed and ran companies in *********. If you're looking for a new apartment, steer clear. We have lived here for twelve months and have experienced outlandish costs for subpar product. There is dog urine and f**** throughout the common areas, as well as the elevators. I have been a resident of Pinnacle on the Park for over a year. This morning at 3:30am I went to try to take my dogs outside (I live on the 31st floor) and once again all the elevators were out. I waited awhile then at 6:00am decided to walk downstairs with them. The security guard on duty informed me that they had been out since 1:30am and he had multiple times called the oncall emergency maintenance number and no one has answered.
