Unfriendly staff, rude, unprofessional!! They way handling the patients questionnaire was poor & old fashion. I spent 30 minutes to fill in the form, nurse asked me the same questions in exam room (in order to add it in the system) so it took another 15 minutes; and when Doctor walked in asked me the same questions. It was a very frustrated visit!

Physician Anna ruvalcaba made me feel comfortable she answered all my questions she smiled was very friendly and she just made me feel so comfortable at my appointment that I've never felt like that with any other doctors that I've seen in my life she's awesome I love her!!!!
I called to make an appointment and was able to be seen within the 2 weeks. It seems like they had some remodeling and it looks great. I was seen with a nurse practitioner for the fist time and had a good experience...this place has definitely changed over the years
I was 14 minutes late to my daughter's appointment bc my car battery died and aaa had to replace it and they refused to see me. Why have a 15 min window of being late And then refuse to see my daughter. I was more upset bc I had appointment for 245 and they changed it 145 I the first place and second bc I am always on time and they never see my daughters on time. If it wasn't for their main Doctor: Dr.Kofi I would change doctor office in a heart beat but I don't know how much bad customer service I can take.
Should have coverage when someone is on lunch. OR let u know that there is no one there closed at lunch
