Please ask your medical provider if this is the billing service they use. If so, please avoid the medical office. TO MEDICAL PROVIDERS - IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THEM AS YOUR THIRD PARTY BILLING COMPANY PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. The customer service is terrible, billing is very devisive as they attempt to profit off customers with underhanded billing techniques.
