This company just sent me a bogus bill for a PCR test I did ONE YEAR ago. They're trying to charge me $375, claiming I was "paid directly" by my insurance company (a lie). Even if I'd paid out of pocket, according to the testing location website it would have only been $139 without insurance. Scammers.
Horrible experience. Got there in time for my appointment and no one was there and the lab was closed. I called multiple times and no one picked up the phone. I had a trip the next day and needed the PCR. They could have at least let me know that the lab closed that day.
Pinnacle genetics Lab was wonderful helping us organize covid testing for our group from Kyrgyzstan. Testing was quick, easy, and at a great price. Results were emailed with a QR code in less than an hour. Great job!
We had a great experience with them. We went on Sunday morning and paid for a 24hr travel PCR. We thought we made a mistake so we drove to the main lab.they were very helpful and gave us the supervisor number. We did contact him later that day. Sean was so helpful. We got our results I. Less then 24hrs. Thank you, fabulous team
