I can honestly say Troy and his team have saved the day more than once for our family. We had a pipe break in our upstairs bathroom a day before leaving for Aruba. I panicked and called Troy right away. He took care of the claim process and had a team of people at our house within 30 minutes to clean up the mess and he remained the point of contact for the crew so we could relax on vacation.
