I had an Energy audit done by Robert Stockman of Pinnacle inspections. We started right away with the most pressing problem: insualting the attic as our heat escaped thru the ceiling and did not keep the house warm. In addition, we had insulation blown into the attic achieving an R 49 rating. The garage's attic was covered with an R 30. Right away we could feel a difference.
