When I walked in, I stayed because I only saw one person in the waiting room. I’ve been here for 1.5 hours, sitting behind a curtain, so I can see when the DR sees patients. He’s talked to two since I’ve been back here, which has probably been one hour. Don’t be deceived by an empty waiting room.
Your parking lot is horrible. So small no where to park. When we got in only one patient. I think staff takes up the entire parking lot. Nothing left but to park alongside the road.
After a three night stay through emergency, I cannot say how thankful I am for ever doctor, nurse, tech, etc. Everyone was so kind. My nurses, Cece, Barb, Shellie, and Lizabeth were so amazing. Cece made me feel comfortable and secure on my first night. Barb was just an amazing soul and I could tell her love for nursing was so incredibly genuine. Shellie was another I could tell nursing is definitely her call and she was so patient and kind to me. Lizabeth was awesome and helped me in some super tough moments during my stay.
Brought my toddler in for an orthopedic injury. Ordered an X-ray then blew us off when it was negative. Didn’t even touch her arm or take her through normal range of motion. How can you make a diagnosis when you don’t assess the patient? Now have a crying kid who still can’t use her arm. Incredibly unsatisfied after waiting 2 hours for X-ray and results to be given no actual attention from the doctor.
