We are so thankful that the Pinnacle Hospice team began caring for my father; he had special needs that were difficult for his regular senior living staff to address that without Meagan and Kristen to care and advocate for him (and us) it would have been so much more difficult during his final days. Needed to place my Mom in Hospice care and Pinnacle Hospice was recommended. I had dealt with a few other hospice care givers with my ex-husband and my sister. Pinnacle has been excellent in the care they provide for the patient. They seem to bring the patient into the family of care givers. And work with them like their own mother or sibling. I am very happy for the care and attention they provide.
I only have high praise for everyone at Pinnacle Hospice Care of Portland. My wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease with moderate to severe Dementia. I took care of her for over 8 years and then had to put her in a memory care facility. She was there for almost 1 year before I was introduced to Kristen and the Pinnacle Team. I signed up with them to try and get my wife out of her room and walking around the facility. No matter how hard we all tried to motivate her nothing worked. Pinnacle hospice gave such great care and support to our resident and the staff. Kristin at pinnacle is an amazing nurse who i cant say enough great things about!
