We have used Pinnacle Homecare in the past and currently have them coming to work with my mom after a hospital stay. We actually requested that Pinnacle work with my mom mainly because their physical therapy team is top notch and they also found a speech therapist to work with my mother at one point. Our favorite physical therapist is Charles! He has a wonderful manner, knows his stuff and is always encouraging my mom to get the most out of therapy. Just wanted to stop a minute and express my gratitude for the team that took such excellent care of my mama. Each and everyone were compassionate, attentive and so very kind to her. They went above and beyond to assure she was getting all the care she needed. She was under there care for a lengthy time and became very much a part of our family. Hello I meet Melissa at Certus Memory Care in Mount Dora . I was Companion for two different Ladies . Melissa gave both wound care. She very professional and caring. I also see her now with other resident she always the same with them as well friendly , care.. She’s one of the BEST!
