My experience at Pinnacle Home Health Care was unfortunately very negative. The work environment is driven more by fear than support, and it often feels tense and discouraging. Management frequently appears angry, and there are constant threats of disciplinary action, which creates a stressful atmosphere instead of one that promotes teamwork or professional growth. This culture makes it difficult to feel valued or enjoy coming to work. Overall, it is not a healthy or positive environment for employees.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and reliability shown by this home healthcare company. Communication is consistently poor—messages often go unanswered, and there is little to no follow-up regarding scheduling changes. Clinicians frequently arrive late to appointments, and appointment times are rarely consistent. On more than one occasion, I have waited for hours for a scheduled visit, only for the nurse to arrive well past the agreed-upon time after already being late for the original appointment... read more

Excellent team, Dawn made sure my Dad got the help he needed after the hospital discharge. Staff are very professional and caring, Thank You, Nick, Ben, Nate, Travis and all of you that one way or another cared for my Dad. The Cotto 's are forever grateful.
