We were extremely disappointed with our experience with Pinnacle Home Health. The company accepted our 91-year-old father for home health services, fully aware that he required twice-daily visits to administer insulin injections at his assisted living facility. Services began on Sunday morning, but by Sunday afternoon, Pinnacle discharged him, stating they did not have adequate staffing to meet his needs.
