Pinnacle service has been great Physical therapy with Andy very helpful I can’t say enough gives me hope he compliments me I actually look forward to physical therapy All other service has been great i feel they are here for me Thank You
I recently had knee replacement surgery on September 11th and I was very pleased with all of the staff that worked with me on physical therapy and my home health nurse was excellent. This is my second knee replacement and I have prior experience with another company in my area. I want to give a special thank you to Dawn, Melissa and Maria for putting up with me and being flexible with my schedule. They were all kind and compassionate. Thank you, Sharon
I don't typically write reviews, as if there's a problem, I like to try to resolve it with the company directly. This time, the company offered no solution or willingness to help, so here I am sharing my story to help others. My mother received home physical, occupational, and speech therapy from Pinnacle while recovering from a stroke. They were excellent and she eventually 'graduated' from all her therapy, as she was doing quite well. I used Pinnacle home care after my recent surgery (knee replacement ""right") Had left done in 2019 with Pinnacle home care.. Can't remember my nurse in 2019 but this nurse I had this time was fabulous. Kristin. I have been released and healing.. I saw Johnathan and also had Pt with Terrah. She worked me hard but hey it worked. Thank God for Pinnacle and I highly praise and will refer to other for Great Quality service.
