I used Pinnacle home care after my recent surgery (knee replacement ""right") Had left done in 2019 with Pinnacle home care.. Can't remember my nurse in 2019 but this nurse I had this time was fabulous. Kristin. I have been released and healing.. I saw Johnathan and also had Pt with Terrah. She worked me hard but hey it worked. Thank God for Pinnacle and I highly praise and will refer to other for Great Quality service.
I am not satisfied with them at all. He has a catheter in. I asked for catheter supplies to be sent to the house where they're supposed to change it. Tell them that it needed to be changed and they said oh no, he's good to the end of the month. Well had to take him to the hospital because he wasn't feeling well. What a urinary tract infection. He was hospitalized for 5 days. He comes home. He wasn't even home a month and the same thing with the decatheter. I'm waiting on the catheters to be delivered for a month now. Evident... read more
The nurse (Yvonne ) assigned for my mom was very sweet, friendly and very nice. She explained everything and also recommended a few things. It’s pleasure working with her. Thank you.
I’m very disappointed with Pinnacle. I tried to get a nurse from Pinnacle at 12:30. I had a total knee replacement surgery on Friday, June28th. I was told not to get it wet. I used press n seal as instructed and it still got wet. No one called me back. I tried again at 1:30 and again at 2:30 and I spoke with Allison who tried to get an hold of the director and there was no answer. She told me she was going to put a complaint for me.
