RecommendedI love living here. The team at Pinnacle Highbury are fantastic! The apartments themselves are beautiful and have luxurious amenities. They’re pet friendly and make me feel like I matter.
This is the worst apartment complex. They didn't make enough parking spaces so they could charge you for a space, which they still don't have enough of. I took a renter home at 4 am and was towed because they don't allow visitors there from 8 am to 8 pm. They have no designated area to park. I would not rent here unless you don't mind not having friends, family or anybody else over. What a shitty place.
The apartments are nice granite counter tops updated. Our rent was high after paying $100 for Their media package (which isn't optional) $100 for the garage and then a monthly fee for our cat. We found out about the extra charges when we went to sign the lease. Clean community. Not enough parking. No visitor parking. Garbages get disgusting. We were told things before signing the lease that we found out weren't true after but that employee is not there anymore. Got our keys...Continue Reading
My sister lives her and loves it. Her apartment is as nice as our new house! Granite countertops, nice cabinets and floors. My kids love visiting and playing on the splash pad. As a worried sister, I asked her about the ring incident. She's sure they fired him because they used to have 3 maintenance guys and now they only have 2. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking!
