staff is very knowledgeable and friendly . Christine is patient and takes time to make sure I am feeling my best. So thankful I found her.
I Initially had a good experience with Christine. She seemed to be helpful and understand my circumstances and busy schedule. Then, after a very stressful move with 3 children, I misplaced my bloodwork order. I called and asked them if they could please re-send it to me and I was met with no help. Christine's staff said Christine was "too busy" to call me as if my time meant nothing. I was also shamed for misplacing the bloodwork order that they gave me. Christine and staff are awesome! Christine treats both symptoms along with blood work for HRT. I tried 3 other practitioners and pinnacle is definitely worth the drive from Sarasota to Venice!
I should have written this review way before now. I'm 54yrs young and i started my TRT journey mid 2025 can't recall the exact date. Pinnacle Health has given me the life I always dreamed of having.
