had an issue with our lower quality garage door tension rod that broke and reached out to Pinnacle Garage Door Services- and we're so glad we did. Emanuel came out the same day in the early evening, which was incredibly convenient for our schedule and fixed our problem in a couple hours. I needed a quote for my springs on our garage door. This was my first time contacting Pinnacle Garage Doors & Gates . Team responded to my call asking me to take a picture of the garage door. I did and he provided me with a quote over the phone. They answered all my questions. He was available that same evening or following day. Very professional, efficient and helpful. He made all of his recommendations. Pinnacle replaced the springs and the ten rollers for a smoother and quieter door.
