On Saturday, the chain came apart and our garage overhead would not open and close unless get some help. On Sunday, did some research and Pinnacle Garage Doors had awesome reviews and I felt like the price can be reasonable based on what other people said. Gave them a call and luckily Leo was able to come the same day that I called and in the evening, which was awesome! The installation team did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were punctual, efficient, and respectful of my property. The new garage door fits perfectly and looks fantastic. I am completely satisfied with the final result.
I called Pinnacle Garage Doors requesting a service tech to come out and see if they could replace our broken garage door spring, and they were able to make an appointment the same morning (Bill was here within an hour of my making the appointment!). Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, and replaced the spring and tuned up our garage doors within less than an hour at a totally reasonable cost. The garage door works, and they run SO quiet now! 10/10, will definitely recommend Pinnacle Garage Doors to friends.
