Having been a shop manager for years I have dealt with a lot of door repair companies. Pinnacle is head and shoulders above the rest. Always timely and fairly priced. Local also.
Pinnacle are the best. I’ve had them out a couple of times in the last several years and they always provide the best service. They are friendly and professional. They keep your wallet in mind and look for creative solutions. Jonathan was the last tech at my house and he was wonderful. I’d backed into my door and bent it a little. We had a great experience. There was immediate response to our need for replacement springs for our door. They were fast, honest, and competent. We are very happy with our interaction with Pinnacle.
I contacted a few companies for a quote when my garage door broke. Three of them told me I needed to replace the entire door and that it would take 6-9 weeks to get it serviced. Meanwhile, my HOA called about my trash bins being out, and I explained the situation. They recommended I contact Brandon from Pinnacle Garage.
