At a neighbor’s recommendation, we called Pinnacle Garage Doors and though we had to wait for a callback, our service appointment was only two days away. In fact, Brandon called the next afternoon and asked if he could come early. I heartily recommend Brandon! He diagnosed the problems we were having with both of our 30 year old doors, took care to adjust springs and replace worn parts and was very thorough. The price was very fair and I will definitely keep these guys in my contacts for any more door work!

When they came out they were able to identify some adjustments that is going to allow me to continue with my existing opener without replacing it immediately, saving me a good amount of money. These guys treat the customer right. Highly recommended.

We have had springs replaced twice from Pinnacle and their prices were less than half the cost of the other bids we got. They are honest. Other garage repair companies have tried to upsell me and have me replace things that don’t need to be replaced. Their quality of work is superior. Even though we only hired them to replace the springs, they did a thorough tuneup including replacing the light bulbs in our opener that had gone out. I trust Pinnacle completely and they have a customer for life. Highly recommended.

Pinnacle responded super quickly to our distress call and finished the job in roughly 10 minutes for a very fair price. Super pleased and happy to have found a trusted go-to for our inevitable garage issues. Highly recommend!
