This gym is absolutely incredible! The space is spotlessly clean, the equipment is kept in perfect shape, and the layout provides plenty of room to train comfortably. The coach is both super knowledgeable and genuinely encouraging. Coach Jeff always makes sure your form is correct to keep you safe while still pushing you to do your absolute best, making adjustments to suit every fitness level. This gym is amazing! The coaching and programming are excellent and the members are very welcoming and encouraging. It feels like a great community as soon as you walk through the door. I am getting much fitter and more knowledgeable specifically for Hyrox.
