I don't understand the bad reviews. I've never had a bank take such great care of me. I get boutique bank service, a community of other business owners working together, and connections to great vendors on top of quick service. Talk to Courtney. She's my banker and she's amazing.
Really weird interior signage when I went in recently. Like, psychological message signage 'you are okay' and not just one, plastered all over the lobby. I want a bank, not a shrink's office. Customer service is just okay, my debit card never works, finding a new bank stat.
