People are A+ and the service at this location and whenever we call in is amazing. I have *never* gotten a voicemail — every call is answered by a human working in either TN or NC. We moved to Pinnacle after 20+ years of banking with Suntrust (which was acquired then destroyed by Truist a couple of years ago). We should have moved long ago. Now we've got checking, savings, and retirement accounts through Pinnacle, and they originated our re-fi a couple of years ago at a great rate. The bank its self is good but the mobile app and there online banking is complete garbage. They need to update it make it better they are stuck in the stone age
