People are A+ and the service at this location and whenever we call in is amazing. I have *never* gotten a voicemail — every call is answered by a human working in either TN or NC. We moved to Pinnacle after 20+ years of banking with Suntrust (which was acquired then destroyed by Truist a couple of years ago). We should have moved long ago. Now we've got checking, savings, and retirement accounts through Pinnacle, and they originated our re-fi a couple of years ago at a great rate.
