I have never left a google review before, but this is worth it. I know that Pinnacle Financial Partners is an upstanding, reputable company. The woman at the front desk (sixties, dark hair, around 9AM on 9/1/26) was extremely rude and insulting to me, to the extent that I know that I cannot do business with Pinnacle. I think there needs to be a basic level of decency in how people are treated, and if Pinnacle allows people like her to work for them, I will take my business elsewhere.
Great bank but only one local bank.
I love this bank, these people are so friendly. Mrs. Carolina Recasens is always super helpful!
