I can't say enough good things about our neighborhood branch! No matter when I visit, the service is consistently outstanding. One of the shining stars at this branch is Carrie Hill, with whom I often interact. Her level of care and attention to detail is truly commendable. I genuinely enjoy connecting with her. Marsha Easter and Christian Rodriguez are also incredible. They always go above and beyond to assist me. Stellar service! It's the people that make this bank so unique!
This team has offered impeccable customer service and support. We are a small business and they have helped us survive pandemic damage incurred by our service industry!
Not what I thought it would be and inaccurate
I have banked with Pinnacle for over a year now and have been so impressed that I am moving all of my accounts to them. The customer service is beyond what I am used to ESPECIALLY in the banking world! Can't say enough good things about Pinnacle. Nora at the Broad Street location is the absolute best!
