I was 20 min early and walked out after an hour later without even seeing the doctor or the PA. I would like my deductible refunded. I told them 3x I needed to leave for an important work meeting. They were too late behind their appointment time. EDIT: this is one of the worst offices I have ever been to. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO BACK TO THIS OFFICE AGAIN. They demanded full payment when I already had been seen multiple times and my insurance already paid multiple claims, this on top off the PA misdiagnosing my daughter.... read more
Friendly staff Dr was Attentive
I’ve started coming to Pinnacle because my doctor moved there. I’ve been to both locations and I have to say I’m not impressed. They open at 7 am and do their own blood draws. So I came in at 7 because I am fasting and nobody who can draw blood works at 7. Nobody bothered to tell me this when I came in. I asked after sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes. I love my doctor but the support staff just isn’t good at either location.
The best new physician appointment ever! Dr. David Engstrom was so compassionate and all of the nurses and staff were fantastic. Thank you for caring for others so much!
