Dr. Jacobs and his staff are friendly professionals who provided patient and personalized care. When I was trying to decide whether to get contacts or stick with glasses, Dr. Jacobs took me through all of the options, explaining the medical and financial benefits and drawbacks of each. I was very impressed with Pinnacle Eyecare and would highly recommend it.
I switched out of LO Eye Care after being frustrated for the 1/2 day it took for an eye exam and selecting glasses. Dr. Jacobs and Sue are a great team - very knowledgeable. Usually you are the only person int he office at a time - or maybe one other person. They are both very nice, too! they have a machine that looks at your eye without dialation (a big plus for me!)
The service and knowledge of the doctor is awesome, we totally recommend it!
