I had an excellent experience at Pinnacle Eye Center from start to finish. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. Couldn't be more pleased with the entire cataract procedure. Dr. Pappas is amazing and very reassuring. Totally felt safe with him. If you are looking for a great eye doctor and staff, you could not find more caring people than Dr. Pappas and the facility. I see excellently now, and my astigmatism is gone. Based on my experiences with Dr. Alexandros Pappas. I, was referred to him by my Ophthalmologist. From the first visit to his office. I, was greeted my the secretary who was very Polite, and very friendly. Making me feel right at home. Dr. Pappas, and the entire staff, were very helpful, and made me feel relaxed.
