Very pleased with the service Jennifer from billing gave me, helped resolve an issue efficiently and courteously.
Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The woman who answered had an aggressive tone on the phone and kept harping on about insurance. I’ve had lupus for over 10 years. I am very much aware on how insurance, its coverage, and out of pocket work. Even when I went to read my insurance card numbers to hopefully reduce her unnecessary tone and tangent, she talked over me and was still going on aggressively about insurance. I hung up. No thanks.
