Take your prescription eyeglass needs elsewhere. Terrible communications by this office. Called several times and was either routed to voicemail or the or wrong (south) office. After finally getting ahold of someone (at the wrong office) they alleged that they left 2 voicemails per the " notes placed in my chart" on 2/18 & 3/3 as you can see e by the photos below no VM were left by Pinnacle and I have been waiting on this prescription for several weeks!
2 hours past appointment time and we finally get called back to see doctor hopefully. The scheduling stinks at this place, for just a follow up eye exam that should only take half hour maybe an hour to do
I'm 82 and thanks to Dr. Luu and his staff I can still see. The new location is more than adequate and more convenient for me as we live in Castle Rock.
