I went to this place to get my glasses I met a wonderful optician there her name is, ana The most sweetest notables caring person you meet She went 20 million miles out to get me set up for a perfect fit for me.she is so wonderful Her name is AVa Diaz Ask for her tell her Santa sent you She is so good I wood put glasses on the reindeer if I could
Take your prescription eyeglass needs elsewhere. Terrible communications by this office. Called several times and was either routed to voicemail or the or wrong (south) office. After finally getting ahold of someone (at the wrong office) they alleged that they left 2 voicemails per the " notes placed in my chart" on 2/18 & 3/3 as you can see e by the photos below no VM were left by Pinnacle and I have been waiting on this prescription for several weeks!
2 hours past appointment time and we finally get called back to see doctor hopefully. The scheduling stinks at this place, for just a follow up eye exam that should only take half hour maybe an hour to do
