Initially I attempted to make an appointment through the link provided on pinnacle's website, however I did not receive any sort of confirmation. I then called, and was met with an ai response that could not answer whether or not my appointment had gone through. Instead I was sent a new link to a completely different site to book. The staff were all very nice from start to finish. Michelle and the medical assistant I saw were both great. Easy online scheduling was a plus as well!
