Everyone is great. Dr Brooks takes her time with exam and explaining. Never feel rushed. Team works well together.
Always good experience, on schedule and good care.
This office is run terribly. Cancelled appointments, horribly disorganized, unapologetic for major prescription mistakes. There are plenty of other dermatologists in Charlotte who respect the time & effort of their patients. Bring your business elsewhere.
