Doctors and Staff are excellent. Billing is a nightmare. I pay my bill in full at the time of service, get a receipt and still get a bill after stating I never paid. Everything is AI and takes several phone calls and several hours to straighten out. I wish Dr Hetz would move to a new clinic, I would follow him. *They also charge you to use a credit card and don't take American Express
I have been going with Pinnacle Dermatology in Blaine for a number of years. Adam and his team have consistently exceeded my expectations. Professional, personable, accommodating and thorough in explaining process from start to finish. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Highly recommend!!! I've seen Dr. Adam twice now for my annual skin exam. He really listens and lets me talk through all of my concerns, unlike other dermatologists. He's incredibly thorough and explains everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. The front desk staff and nurses are also super friendly and efficient. As someone who gets anxious about these kinds of appointments, they really take care of you.
Like always Adam did a fine job.
It went great. Made me feel comfortable and that he knew what would help me. Put me on some medication. Hope it works.
