you have to beg them to fix something at your house, There’s no security at all
This apartment complex is horrible. They do not fix anything. They say that they have amenities half of the time the amenities are broken because the management in the office does not wanna work on them or deal with people using them. The office employees are rude and they think that they are better than us they do not help us with anything. I’ve been living here for six years. This complex is beyond unreasonable. My car was broken into and they robbed everything. The complex still refuses to give each apartment at least 1 dedicated parking. I normally change the batteries myself on the fire alarms cause they take forever to complete them. So I was fined for not putting a work order in for a fire alarm? When I’m so use to doing it myself cause they take forever. When I’ve been waiting for my other work orders to be fulfilled. Looked very nice but when I scheduled a tour and arrived they weren’t able to give me a tour, I drove a 1hr 20mins so was kind of inconvenient.
