Dr. Gosney was truly a blessing for our family. She worked with our son via telehealth, in the community, and at his school—collaborating closely with his teachers to help him overcome selective mutism. The results have been incredible. She was kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. We are deeply grateful for her work and highly recommend her to any family navigating SM or other challenges.
