Pinnacle is a reputable, honest management company. Their Jeff Leonard has integrity and makes association members and others using the services of Pinnacle feel secure and glad they chose his company. You could not ask for better management at an affordable price. I am a customer, board member of a condo association who hired pinnacle after years of hiring and firing dis-reputable,d non-caring, dis-honest management companies.
If you enjoy paying money for a talking head this is the place for you. I encountered numerous situations in which no action was taken for months. However, every time I was told, with a smile, "it will be resolved by the end of the week." The personnel at Pinnacle takes your money with a smile as they verbally give you the brush off. One wonders what am I paying for?
Having been in the property mangement business for a long time and operating from Ann Arbor - an affluent town, online billing and payment simplicity is the minimum I would expect as customer. If we donot get this facility soon, Greenbriar Condominium should seek a different managing company.

For a company that collects from a lot of sources, that they dont even have a simple web page with basic contact information, or online billing / paying. If they do have a web page its well hidden from the popular web search engines.
