Thanks to Pinnacle for doing a great job managing my community for the last 6 years I have been there. I have always been impressed with their level of service. Pinnacle is a reputable, honest management company. Their Jeff Leonard has integrity and makes association members and others using the services of Pinnacle feel secure and glad they chose his company. You could not ask for better management at an affordable price. I am a customer, board member of a condo association who hired pinnacle after years of hiring and firing dis-reputable,d non-caring, dis-honest management companies.

If you enjoy paying money for a talking head this is the place for you. I encountered numerous situations in which no action was taken for months. However, every time I was told, with a smile, "it will be resolved by the end of the week." The personnel at Pinnacle takes your money with a smile as they verbally give you the brush off. One wonders what am I paying for?
