Very professional. The whole staff was polite & very courteous. I will say that y experience here was one of the best of all surgical places I've used. Thanks to Gavin who was in recovery. 100% shout out to this funny & professional nurse. He made the experience 10 times better. Just one thing they were a little late with the appointment time but all in all I have no complaints really.
Very rude staff. First time I saw him, I ended up in the ER and stayed about a week because he gave me medicine Crohn's patients aren't supposed to get. Saw him again and his office staff were incredibly rude and verbally abusive. One of them told me on the phone that if I didn't stop talking he wouldn't allow me to see Dr. Kim for my follow up. Dr. Kim didn't seem to have any problem with this when I told him. Most unprofessional medical staff I've ever experienced.
