I am very pleased with the service and hail damage repair that was performed on my 2010 Chev Silverado. The staff were very courteous and successfully appealed to MPI on my behalf to have added repair work covered that was missed on the initial assessment at the MPI Service center. May 2025 Pinnacle Collision Centre was recommended to me and I am so glad that it was. I had some scratches and dents on my car and gone to another company for a repair estimate. One of the dents I was told could not be removed. At Pinnacle Ivan admitted that this particular kind of dent would be difficult to completely remove, but he would certainly try. Excellent service. When another bodyshop wouldn't even look at my car because it was towed in and couldn't start, I had it towed to Pinnacle. Not only did they look at it, they did it within a couple of days. Even though MPI decided to write the car off, I'm quite happy with the fast friendly service.
Always an excellent experience at Mercedes! This was my 3rd service, and the ladies were amazing — so warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Liz for keeping me updated the moment my parts arrived. Top-notch service every time!
