Can't trust them to stand behind what they sell and won't even answer the phone. Not sure how they sell cars. Hate to put up a bad review on anyone, but it has been 10 days and still haven't received our title and the car was not as it was sold to us at all.
I found Pinnacle Automotive Gallery online searching for a BMW 650i that I have always dreamed of owning, and I absolutely hate dealing with car dealerships and car salesman. The Pinnacle showroom gallery is awesome and the friendly "car enthusiasts" and professionals that greeted me from the time I entered their gallery made the whole purchase a pleasant and fun experience. I will definitely be back and also refer friends and family needing or looking for a car. Thank you and I can't wait to pick up my BMW 650i next week!
