Beautiful place
I called and spoke to Jill about availability for affordable housing. There was no availability. However, she was very professional, patient, and answered all my questions. And she invited me to call her as many times as necessary to check on availability. Very pleasant experience.
We have been residents at Tarpon River for 9 months now. The property is always very well maintained, and we've yet to have a single issue since we moved in. The staff is very friendly and very willing to assist. In particular, Peter is absolutely fantastic, always smiling, eager to help, and an extreme pleasure to be around - I run into him just about every morning and he is always happy, conversational, and does a great job with any and all aspects of his profession.
