Great salon - quiet, clean, professional. It is appointment only, so plan ahead. The staff are wonderful.
Pinky's is not only the best nail salon I have been to in my 22 years in Fresno it is undoubtedly the cleanest one I've ever seen. The owners do an amazing job here. Very professional. Highly recommend.
