Paid $25.00 owed in July, they posted it to the wrong account. We have received a bill every month wanting us to pay the $25.00 again even though we have called 4 times and each time they assured us the money would be moved to the correct account. Worse billing service ever!!!!

Horrible service, bill came in a year later, as many others have stated. When called, they claimed they had a cyber security attack last fall or something, evidently the other reviews from years ago addressing the same issues are evidence enough that they are lying and trying to scam people. Won't be going to any office that uses their lab again.
Paid for the initial visit, then got a surprise bill over a year later stating that additional money was owed. No explanation of what it was for, just a threat that I would be sent to collections if I didn't pay immediately. They make you create an account with a 3rd party to make a payment.
Have to make an account to pay your bill. Very tedious online process to pay your bill.
