The lawn service is fine, but the customer service is sub-par. I tried multiple times to pay online and the payment system always crashed on me. I also tried calling multiple times to pay over the phone and got voicemails, out of office, or no response over and over. I wasn't super thrilled with the service, so when I finally got someone on the phone and was able to pay, I was fine that they had cancelled my service. The absolute worst of the services I have ever used. Incompetent, condescending, and the least professional lawn service I have ever received and that is a pretty low bar. I have used them for more than 3-4 years so this is not a snap judgement. Stay away! I sincerely look forward to a reply from their staff on this review. Please give me more issues to list, I dare you.
There is a bright green sign on my door that says: "No solicitors. No knocking. Baby is sleeping!" And yet, their D2D sales guy knocked anyways and woke up my sleeping child. This company will never receive business from me. Clearly, they don't care about me enough to read a sign and follow the instructions on it.

Pinkston’s is a great business that has my lawn looking great and is easy to work with. I don’t even have to think about weed control or fertilizer. Their employees are friendly and have great communication.
