Office lady is rude.
We have used them for lawn care since the first of the year. What a joke we have weeds worse than when my husband took care of the fertilizer/weed control. I definitely would not recommend. Don’t waster your hard earned money on them.
Been with them close to 10years. Communication is going down hill. Called left a VM no return call. Had to call them again to get weeds taken care of. Said they would be out in a couple of days. Never happened! They just made excuses as to why, “ to save other people lawns from worms, lawns were dying overnight”… my lawn was not important enough, wasn’t the money maker for them.
If there were a 1/2 star that would be better. Filled out email form fill. Nothing. Called and 2 days later got call back. Returned their call. Nothing. #movingon #nocustomerservicehere #guesstheyarebanking
