The service is horrible there... I felt like they were very rude when I came in and said hello they did not say it back... I told the lady I would like my eyebrows done for my job interview and she had me wait forever and on top of that another woman who was getting her nails and feet done went before me

I drive all the way from Wilson to get my nails done here! I love it!
Worst customer service ever. If you don't plan on getting something expensive done, then you can plan on having your name on the list be overlooked three or four times. Not to mention the people behind you will be waiting quite some time as well until they decide to help you out, but expect an attitude the entire time! Michael's Nail Salon forever. Never will I stray again.
My first visit there was Jan.10,2015. My daughter treated me to a pedicure for my birthday. I was impressed : clean salon, good prices, good & quick job, and very friendly staff. I'm from out-of-town, but if I lived nearer I would go there.
