Schedule appointment a week and a half ahead of time. Waited all day to hear from service. I had to call and was given the run around why they hadn't looked at my car. Called back the following day and couldn't get the service department. Contacted the office and they went to the service advisor to inquire about my car. Was told the guy who was to work on my car left early and called in the next day. Was told they had no one available to work on it. Told them not to work on it and I took the car to another shop. Would like to update my earlier reveiw. After talking with the service manager when I went to pick up my they agreed to go ahead and do the work and I got my car back. Plus they gave me a break. Shouldn't have to do business like that
