Not to be dramatic, but if you’re expecting your vehicle to be serviced correctly, on time, and ideally within the first few visits, this dealership is absolutely not for you. I could not be more disappointed with the service I’ve received here over the last few years—and it has only gotten worse under the new ownership. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have my Corvette serviced there, so I can't speak for their service on regular cars and trucks. However, Glenn Gehlert is the Service Department Manager/Corvette Technician and has taken excellent care of my Corvette Grand Sport for several years. Very professional.

Rear heat didn't work. Was told the rear heat unit, inside the center column, had to be replaced. Apx $600.00 I removed the center column, there isn't a rear heat unit, found the plastic ducktwork disconnected. Fixed it. Glove box wouldn't open, told the whole glove box had to be replaced. $400 Removed the glove box, loosened set screw on release mechanism, adjusted & tightenen . Problem solved.
