I have my Corvette serviced there, so I can't speak for their service on regular cars and trucks. However, Glenn Gehlert is the Service Department Manager/Corvette Technician and has taken excellent care of my Corvette Grand Sport for several years. Very professional.
Rear heat didn't work. Was told the rear heat unit, inside the center column, had to be replaced. Apx $600.00 I removed the center column, there isn't a rear heat unit, found the plastic ducktwork disconnected. Fixed it. Glove box wouldn't open, told the whole glove box had to be replaced. $400 Removed the glove box, loosened set screw on release mechanism, adjusted & tightenen . Problem solved.
