If you're brave enough to experience some of the worst service imaginable, feel free to visit this location. From the moment my family stepped inside, something felt off--there was no one in the store around on Sunday, January 11, 2026, except for one employee. She was extremely rude and acted as if she didn't want any customers there at all. My beautiful lady was so excited about this FroYo and then, not only did they not put the toppings on the side as requested, they froze the toppings, while somehow leaving the yogurt itself melted. Explain that???

Today I’d like to share my experience from about two hours ago. I went to pick up an order for a customer, but the staff informed me that the item was not in stock. I politely asked if they could cancel the order on their end, but the employee responded with a dismissive attitude and simply said “no,” without offering any help or customer support. Yogurt is good and fruit is good. But they won’t give you napkins unless you ask for them. Then you ask and they give you a side eye. And they give you 1 Napkin. Ask for extra napkins and it’s straight attitude after i spend $12 on yogurt! Every single time I come it’s the same thing. Attitude form the ordering process to the cashier and napkin thing. Every employee has a bad attitude.
