Still obsessed with Pinkberry. Nothing compares—it’s still my all-time favorite spot for frozen yogurt, no question. Whether you call it yogurt or ice cream, it’s just consistently delicious. The hazelnut chocolate alone is enough to keep me coming back, and the toppings are my FAVS - sprinkles and mochi. Really hoping they stay in business! I love you PB!!
I was just robbed at this place. I asked the attendant for the price of the kids cup. She said $3. I ordered 2. When I went to pay, she charged me $15 for both cups. I asked her and she said it’s too bad because I already paid. This is the sample sized cup of soft serve for $7.50 each.
Purchased an original tart sized medium. When I was finally ready to enjoy it when I got home, noticed that the yogurt was a bit curdled. Called to try and notify the store and get a refund or replacement, but no answer. They're pretty busy, so I understand the no answer, but disappointed that the yogurt was bad.
Employee was nice but they seriously need to stop cutting corners by hiring employees and asking for tips the line was so long only one employee making all the orders and and online orders
There is only one employee who is making all of the online orders while everyone waits in line. Business needs to do better and hire some help here. Also every flavor tastes like original. Let’s get some diversity going and understaffing in 2026 isn’t chill.
