I have been seeing Dr. Patel for over 20 years and have nothing but high praise for him and his staff. He is kind, attentive, caring and personable.
During open season for Medicare, I switched plans and selected Dr. Patel as my primary care physician. I called Dr. Patel's office to schedule an appointment and was directed to voice mail requesting information I provided that stated I would receive a call back. After 24 hours, not receiving a call back, I contacted his office again and was directed to voice mail. I have been seeing Dr Patel and/or Kathy since 2006, and they are just amazing. The whole staff is very professional and caring. I wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars because they surely deserve it.
My husband and I have been with Dr Pinkal Patel and his practice for the last 14 years. He and his nurse practitioners are very attentive to details and proactive. They work constantly in attempts to solve problems related to our healthcare. Kathy and Karen have the patience needed to work through our ailments and get to the bottom to make us well/healthy. I've been a patient of Dr. Patel for over ten years. He's very detailed and he follows up and cares about his patients. He's also a great doctor, you feel that he's very experienced and knowledgeable. His staff is outstanding. My prescriptions are filled fast and correctly. All these years I never had a single issue.
Kathy is a knowledgeable, professional, friendly, caring provider. This is only my second visit to this practice but my spouse has been receiving excellent care here for a few years now. The person who checked me in (assuming an MA) did not share her title or name, called me “mama” when directing me and was argumentative when I asked her to recheck my blood pressure. Always very efficient...meets my needs , great staff and support of two Nurse Practitioners...I feel very well cared for !
Dr.Patel and his staff does not solve problems with insurance companies very well, after a year of requesting help with a psych dr. and still no referals you would think someone would get the picture. I have also been working on getting cataract surgery for three years and I havent been getting any cooperation from Dr. Patels office I was finally able to get one of the eyes done and Dr. Patel stopped the second surgery from being done because I wasnt doing what he wanted, so he figured this was the best way to punish me.
