Very thick gel polish that took months to remove professionally, since they charge $30+ for gel polish removal. Establishment is very bright fluorescent lights, it does not feel very welcoming at all, more like an institution.

Estrella is the best nail tech in Western Canada, hands down. If you need a hard gel manicure with the most precise cuticle care, she is the only person for the job. For context, I have lived in Calgary and Vancouver over the past few years and have come back to Kamloops so that Estrella can do my nails because she is that good. My daughter and I went for pedicures today and had a wonderful experience. Jas and Anjali were absolutely incredible, and we will definitely be booking with them again. Very friendly, accommodating, and genuine. We were pampered and walked out with beautiful nails! Thank you!
