I made a booking through their website and received a missed call. I returned the call and spoke with Sam, who sounded hostile rather than welcoming and was unfortunately quite rude and abruptly hung up. If they don’t service my area, why would they ask for that information on their website and then call me knowing they don’t cover my location?
