Wow. Our meal was special and tasted amazing. The service was excellent. Don't let the prices scare you. It is worth the money. The unique mix of fresh foods and flavors is well worth the money if you are looking for something special.

At a glance their menu seems pretty simple, but it impressed the hell out of me and all I had was soup and a sandwich. Super succulent soup and sandwich. Yum. Also, its nice to see even the owner out and about socializing with folks. I'll be back.

My dinner and dessert were delicious! The service was excellent. You definitely get what you pay for. I'm so happy to have another unique restaurant in St. Joseph!
If you haven't been to Pink Salt, you must go. I wasn't really sure what to expect, but I was NOT disappointed. Beautifully plated food (works of art), friendly staff, talented chef and most importantly delicious food. smile emoticon
I have been to Pink Salt several times for lunch and it is fantastic! The service was great, the chef personally checked on each table after their food was served & each time everyone I was with raved about their meal. The curry chicken salad, the "Rachel" sandwich & I had the tuna salad & asked for it to be served on lettuce, not bread, which they were happy to do. Looking forward to when they are fully open for dinner and I think brunch on Sunday's?
